    To assist with selecting the correct size, each product page features an option to view the size chart. This chart includes detailed diagrams and tables, designed to help you make an informed decision.

    Inspection and Payment

    Upon delivery, we kindly ask you to inspect your order carefully to confirm that you have received the correct items and are satisfied with everything before making payment to the rider. This includes verifying that the item matches your order in terms of size, color, and that it is free from visible defects. Our goal is to provide you with a hassle-free experience, and we appreciate your cooperation in checking the items to help us maintain the highest level of customer service.

    Returns

    Our return policy covers the following defects:

    • Stitching Defects: Visible flaws in the stitching.
    • Fabric Damage: Tears, holes, or any other damage to the fabric.
    You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to return the item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

    Exchanges

    You may exchange an item for a different size or a different item. For exchanges, you will be responsible for covering the delivery costs and any difference in price between the original and exchanged item.

    Refunds

    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment. If necessary, we can consider alternative payment methods such as bank transfer, Easypaisa, or other recognized payment methods.

    Shipping Costs

    You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. However, if the return is due to our error, such as incorrect or defective items, we will cover the cost of shipping for the replacement or exchanged item.
